ANALYSIS OF IMMEDIATE AND LONG-TERM RESULTS OF SUBLAY AND TAPP TECHNIQUES IN THE TREATMENT OF VENTRAL HERNIAS

The accumulated clinical experience has proven that the “sublay” technique allows to achieve greater functional activity of anterior abdominal wall and is method choice in treatment ventral hernia. use self-adhesive nets during laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal plasty (TAPP- Transabdominal Preperitoneal Plastic) small medium hernia safe effective, with low values postoperative pain syndrome rapid recovery after surgery, without increasing recurrence short term.

 Material Methods. work performed on basis surgical department State Institution “Specialized Multi-Purpose Hospital №1 Ministry Health Ukraine”, Department General Surgery “Dnipro Medical University Ukraine”.
